Job Summary:
Vecura Wellness Clinic is seeking a dynamic and patient-focused Consultant Doctor with strong knowledge in cosmetic and aesthetic treatments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert consultations to walk-in and teleconsulting patients, educating them about treatment options, and guiding them toward suitable programs. This is a consultative and conversion-driven role requiring excellent patient communication and sales ability.

Qualifications: BHMS, BAMS, BNYS, BSMS

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with patients (walk-in and online).
• Assess patient concerns and recommend appropriate cosmetic & aesthetic treatments.
• Clearly explain treatment procedures, expected outcomes, and address patient queries.
• Build trust and ensure patient satisfaction while guiding them to start treatments.
• Actively contribute to converting patient inquiries into treatment enrollments.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure smooth onboarding and follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate consultation records and ensure compliance with clinic protocols.
• Stay updated on the latest cosmetic and aesthetic treatment protocols.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (BHMS, BAMS, BNYS, BSMS preferred).
• 0–3 years of clinical/consultation experience (freshers with strong communication skills can apply).
• Strong communication, counseling, and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to explain medical & aesthetic treatments in a simple, reassuring way.
• Sales mindset – ability to build rapport and convert consultations into treatments.
• Previous experience in cosmetic, aesthetic, dermatology, or wellness clinics will be an advantage.
