As an Emergency Medical Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient medical care to patients in emergency situations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Providing emergency medical care to patients, which involves assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. - Responding to various emergency calls, including 911 calls, and delivering necessary care in the field. - Collaborating closely with other emergency medical services (EMS) personnel such as paramedics and emergency medical technicians (EMTs). - Offering medical direction and oversight to EMS personnel to ensure the delivery of high-quality care. - Participating in quality improvement activities aimed at enhancing patient care and outcomes. - Maintaining accurate and comprehensive medical records to ensure continuity of care. - Engaging in collaborative efforts with healthcare professionals like physicians, nurses, and medical specialists. - Keeping abreast of the latest medical research and advancements in the field of emergency medical care. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is mandatory. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. - Proficiency in English and Hindi languages. - Ability to work in rotational shifts, including day and night shifts. - Location preference: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
