Duty Doctor

As an Emergency Medical Care Provider, your primary responsibility will be to offer immediate medical assistance to patients in need. This will involve evaluating their condition, making a diagnosis, and providing appropriate treatment. You will be required to respond promptly to emergency calls, including those received through 911, and administer care on-site. To ensure efficient and effective care, you will collaborate closely with other Emergency Medical Services (EMS) personnel, such as paramedics and Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs). Additionally, you will offer medical direction and supervision to the EMS team, ensuring that protocols are followed and patient care is optimized. Participating in quality improvement initiatives will be a key aspect of your role, aimed at enhancing patient care standards and outcomes. Maintaining meticulous and comprehensive medical records will also be vital to track patient progress and ensure continuity of care. Collaboration with various healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and specialists, will be essential to provide holistic and coordinated care to patients. Staying abreast of the latest medical research and advancements in emergency medical care is crucial to delivering up-to-date and evidence-based treatment. This position is full-time with a rotational shift schedule, requiring a Bachelor's degree as a minimum educational qualification. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is necessary. Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is required. The work location is in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, with availability for both day and night shifts.
