Dutch native speakers for AI-Language Training

Summa Linguae Technologies is currently seeking AI-Language Trainers to assist in refining the accent and fluency of an AI bot in Dutch. As an AI-Language Trainer, your primary responsibilities will include engaging in real-time interactions with the model, assessing its responses, and adjusting its pronunciation and grammar to enhance its language proficiency. This role is analogous to instructing an individual in a brand-new language. We are looking for individuals who can fill two distinct roles within this project: - L2 Trainers (6 positions available per language): Responsible for instructing and coaching the AI model. - L3 Auditors (2 positions available per language): Tasked with conducting quality assessments to maintain accuracy and consistency. To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements: - Must be a native speaker of Dutch, born, raised, and currently residing in the Netherlands. - Possess a strong grasp of grammar and pronunciation. - Previous experience in language training, linguistics, AI training, or related fields is advantageous. - Capable of delivering real-time feedback and refining responses iteratively until achieving perfection. - Proficiency in English is essential for comprehending task guidelines and providing justifications.
