Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Travel Sales Consultant based in Surat. The Travel Sales Consultant will be responsible for managing travel arrangements, consulting with customers on travel options, and making travel reservations. Daily tasks include interacting with clients to understand their travel needs, providing travel advice, and ensuring all bookings and arrangements are completed accurately and efficiently. Additionally, you will handle customer service inquiries and resolve any issues related to travel plans. Qualifications Experience in Travel Consulting and offering travel advice Proficiency in Travel Management and handling travel arrangements Strong Customer Service skills and experience with reservations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Knowledge of travel booking systems is a plus Previous experience in the travel industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
