About the job: Key Responsibilities 1. Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory targets. 2. Monitor material availability, capacity constraints, and lead times to ensure uninterrupted production. 3. Coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. 4. Work closely with production supervisors to balance workloads, minimize downtime, and improve efficiency. 5. Track production progress against schedules and adjust plans proactively to address deviations or bottlenecks. 6. Prepare and analyze reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and inventory status. 7. Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes, lead time reduction, and cost optimization. 8. Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards in all planning activities.
