The Marine professional will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to marine operations, navy procedures, boat handling, and general maritime activities. The role also involves training, both receiving and providing, to ensure that all staff are at peak performance levels and maintaining compliance with safety regulations. The professional will liaise with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient marine operations. Qualifications Skills in Marine Operations and Maritime activities Experience with Navy protocols and procedures Proficiency in Boat handling and maintenance Experience in Training and developing marine personnel Strong leadership and team collaboration skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Oceanography, or a related field is a plus
