Job Description - Data Analyst The Role We're looking for a curious and driven Data Analyst to join our core team. This isn't just a number-crunching role. You will be a problem-solver, a storyteller, and a trusted advisor to our clients. You will dive deep into diverse datasets, uncover hidden patterns, and translate your findings into powerful insights that drive business decisions. You'll be instrumental in helping our clients not just see their data, but understand it. What You'll Do Translate client business questions into technical requirements and analytical work plans. Extract and Transform data from various sources using advanced SQL . Analyze complex datasets using Python (Pandas, NumPy) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Design and Build insightful and intuitive dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI , to communicate your findings effectively. Leverage AI/LLM tools to accelerate your workflow, from code generation and debugging to exploring innovative analytical approaches. Communicate your insights and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring the value of your work is understood. Collaborate closely with our engineering team to ensure data pipelines are robust and meet analytical needs. What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Analyst, or similar role. Strong proficiency in SQL is a must. You should be comfortable with complex joins, window functions, and CTEs. Hands-on experience with a data visualization tool (Power BI is highly preferred; Tableau or others are a plus). You believe in the power of visual storytelling. Practical experience using Python for data manipulation and analysis (experience with Pandas is essential). Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple, compelling way. A proactive and curious mindset . You're a self-starter who is passionate about solving puzzles with data. Familiarity with leveraging LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) in an analytics workflow is a significant advantage. Nice to Haves Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment. Exposure to cloud data platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure (Databricks, Data Factory).
