Job Description: We’re looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be directly handling clients, building strong broker networks, and ensuring successful onboarding of new brokers who can effectively promote and sell Dubai properties. You’ll play a critical role in strengthening client trust, driving sales, and growing Dugasta’s presence in the market. Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle client relationships directly, ensuring exceptional service and long-term engagement. 2. Build, maintain, and expand relationships with brokers and channel partners. 3. Drive broker onboarding, ensuring effective training and alignment with company objectives. 4. Identify and leverage broker networks to maximize property sales in Dubai. 5. Develop sales plans and strategies in collaboration with brokers to achieve assigned targets. 6. Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partners. 7. Track sales performance, analyze results, and implement improvements where needed. Requirements: 1. 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, client servicing, or broker management (preferably with exposure to Dubai/International markets). 2. Strong network or ability to establish relationships with brokers and channel partners. 3. Proven sales record with the ability to meet and exceed targets. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required). 5. Self-motivated, confident, and goal-driven. 7. Team-handling or coordination experience will be an added advantage.
