We are looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a wide range of marketing initiatives. You will support the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. Key Responsibilities: Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Create, edit, and publish content for social media, email, website, and other communication channels. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Support the management of social media accounts, engagement, and reporting. Help coordinate events, webinars, and marketing-related logistics. Monitor and track performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with design, sales, and product teams to support cross-functional projects. Maintain organized records of marketing assets, data, and project timelines. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic understanding of marketing concepts. Familiarity with MS Office like (word, excel, power point, etc.) Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative.
