DTP Operator – Textbook Publishing

Key Responsibilities:

• Layout and formatting of textbooks and educational materials
• Work with InDesign, PageMaker, CorelDRAW, MS Word, or other DTP software
• Ensure accuracy in typesetting, spacing, and alignment
• Coordinate with editors and designers to meet quality and style guidelines
• Prepare files for printing and digital publishing

Requirements:

• Proficiency in DTP tools (InDesign, PageMaker, etc.)
• Good understanding of typography and layout design
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work with deadlines

Added Advantage:

• Knowledge of multiple languages (especially [insert relevant languages]) is a plus
• Prior experience in educational or academic publishing
