DTP Intern (MS Word Document Formatting)

We are looking for a motivated DTP Intern to support our team in formatting and preparing documents in MS Word and other file formats. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in document publishing, formatting standards, and real-world client requirements. This is a full-time, 6-month internship based at our office in Kalyani Nagar, Pune. As a DTP Intern, your key responsibilities will include formatting Word documents as per internal or client guidelines, ensuring uniformity in fonts, layout, margins, and structure, assisting in converting and aligning multilingual content, proofreading and correcting layout issues or formatting errors, and supporting the DTP and localization teams on active projects. The ideal candidate should have basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Word, keen attention to detail and formatting consistency, ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions, and good communication skills. Any Graduate qualification is preferred, and additional skills in Graphic Design & Video Editing would be an advantage. An interest in localization, design, or publishing is also desirable.
