D&T Sr. Expert SAP EHS/PLM

As an SAP EH&S/PLM Senior Expert at dsm-firmenich, you will play a crucial role in advancing the company's Agile way of working and ensuring the development, production, and labeling of products in compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, building, and maintaining processes for product development and ingredient management. - Collaborating with product development and compliance teams to identify new opportunities and translate them into digital solutions. - Working closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide constructive challenges when necessary. - Creating user stories and collaborating with development teams for successful solution delivery. - Executing functional solution design considering user experience, data modeling, and integration implications. - Managing key stakeholders, setting development expectations, and mitigating risks during execution. - Guiding business stakeholders in activating designed solutions effectively. Additionally, you are expected to bring: - 5+ years of experience in a GxP digital maintenance and operations environment. - Multi-year experience with SAP EH&S/PLM Product Compliance, WWI layouting, and knowledge in 3E Product Safety and Dangerous Goods content management. - Familiarity with SAP modules, ABAP, Fiori development skills, and agile way of working. - Strong understanding of digital product development and IT infrastructure. - Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
