DSR

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Distributive Sales Representative (DSR) with experience in automotive oils and lubricants. The ideal candidate will manage distributor and dealer networks, develop new sales channels, and drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell engine oils, greases, additives, and lubricants to automotive workshops, retailers, and fleet operators.
• Develop and manage a network of dealers, distributors, and garage partners.
• Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Implement in-field marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
• Visit clients regularly to build long-term relationships.

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of automotive lubricants, base oils, and specifications (API, SAE, OEM grades).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in Tamil, Hindi, and English.
• Ability to plan routes and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
