As a Finance Deal Pricing for IT Services + DS Specialist + Corporate Functions at Accenture, your role will involve providing professional financial and commercial leadership for large, complex deals in the IT service industry, ensuring accuracy in financial evaluation and compliance with external regulatory and internal requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Analytically review client budgets, identify missing information, and propose action plans for deal approval readiness - Use costing information and deal parameters to calculate pricing and margins using internal tools - Analyze financial impact, understand risks, provide mitigation, and identify opportunities for clients and stakeholders - Ensure compliance with US GAAP policies and assess deal shape risks and opportunities in various regulatory environments - Collaborate with tax and legal teams to ensure tax efficiency and legality in resource and asset transfers - Present financial context to Sales Leads, Finance leads, and stakeholders to influence deal shaping and decision-making - Escalate deals with poor financial metrics and work with teams to improve financial attributes - Commit to thought leadership and continuous learning in Deal Structuring **Qualifications Required:** - Must have skills in Deal Pricing in IT Service industry - Educational Qualification: CA /CWA / MBA (Finance)/CMA/CIMA - Good to have skills: Capital Budgeting/FP&A, US GAAP, Excellent communication skills, MS Excel skills In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to deepen and sharpen your existing skills, build technical and functional capabilities, and gain valuable industry-specific expertise in a collaborative and innovative work culture at Accenture.
