As a Finance Deal Pricing for IT Services + DS Specialist + Corporate Functions at Accenture, your role involves providing professional financial and commercial leadership for large, complex deals in Europe and Asia Pacific markets. Your primary responsibilities include: - Performing analytical reviews of client budgets and identifying missing information. - Preparing schedules for open issues and proposing action plans to address shortfalls for Accenture deal approval. - Working with deal teams to calculate pricing and margins using internal pricing tools. - Analyzing financial impacts, understanding risks, providing mitigation, and identifying opportunities for clients, Accenture, and other stakeholders. - Coordinating with tax and legal teams to ensure tax efficiency and legality in various instances. - Presenting financial context to Sales Leads, Finance leads, and stakeholders to influence deal shaping and client negotiations. - Committing to thought leadership and continuous learning by contributing to DS knowledge capital. Your professional and technical skills should include: - Awareness of Corporate Finance strategies, tools, and techniques. - Working knowledge of accounting for business combinations and revenue recognition. - Experience in Deal Pricing Reviews. - Ability to provide innovative thinking and prepare business case presentations. - Strong analytical skills and excellent working knowledge of Excel and MS Office.
