Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with a focus on ROI. Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and placements to maximize performance. Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce high-performing ad assets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing. Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Analytical and data-driven mindset with problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
