Role Overview:As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the management team to develop strategies for lead generation, partnerships, and long-term business success. Key Responsibilities:Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and digital platforms. Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospects through calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings. Present company services and solutions to clients effectively and persuasively. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client requirements. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth. Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and support) to deliver promised solutions. Track and report business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback to management. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing innovations. Key Skills & Competencies:Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal & written). Strong interpersonal and relationship-building ability. Negotiation and persuasion skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset. Good knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and IT solutions (preferred). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
