Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock updates. Monitor stock levels, reorder materials, and prevent shortages. Coordinate with internal teams for material requirements. Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain documentation. Track deliveries, shipments, and ensure timely availability of materials. Maintain database of suppliers and evaluate vendor performance. Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies. Requirements: Experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain roles (preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills. Good knowledge of Excel and basic ERP/Inventory systems. Ability to multitask and meet timelines. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
