Role Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to EV chargers, both remotely and on-site, to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction. Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer support by responding to service requests, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and service reports. Technical Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest EV charger technology and receive training on new products to enhance technical expertise. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all service activities are conducted in compliance with safety regulations and company standards. & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile ITI Diploma in Electrical/Electronics or related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience in field service or a related technical role. Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing electrical and electronic equipment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Basic knowledge of EV charging systems is a plus.
