Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Technician to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for assembling, repairing, testing, and maintaining various types of drones to ensure safe and efficient operation. This role requires strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and hands-on experience with electronics and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble, calibrate, and configure drones as per technical specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on drone hardware and components.
• Inspect drones before and after flight to ensure safety and performance standards are met.
• Diagnose issues related to motors, ESCs, flight controllers, GPS modules, batteries, and other electronic parts.
• Update and configure firmware, software, and flight parameters.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and maintenance activities.
• Assist drone pilots during testing and field operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for component upgrades and improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/ITI/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with drone assembly, soldering, wiring, and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of flight controllers (e.g., Pixhawk, DJI, or similar).
• Knowledge of Li-Po batteries, power systems, and safety handling.
• Ability to read circuit diagrams and technical manuals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of RF communication, GPS, sensors, and telemetry systems.
• Willingness to work in field environments when required.

Preferred (Added Advantage):

• Experience with drone flight testing.
• Knowledge of 3D printing and CAD designing.
• Understanding of DGCA guidelines (optional).

Details:

Location: Panchkula, Haryana (must be able to commute or relocate before starting).

Work Schedule: Day shift, fixed morning shift.
