DRO Operator

As a DRO Operator at RDX Digital Technologies, you will be responsible for operating Digital Readout (DRO) machines with a focus on precision, efficiency, and quality in a manufacturing environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate DRO-equipped machines for precision machining tasks - Interpret and work from technical drawings and blueprints - Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters accurately - Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier, Micrometer) - Maintain machine performance and perform routine maintenance - Record production data and report discrepancies - Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards **Qualifications & Skills:** - ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field - Minimum 3 years of experience in DRO machine operation - Strong understanding of machining processes and tolerances - Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings - Familiarity with textile machinery components is an advantage - Good communication and teamwork skills - Attention to detail and commitment to quality,
