Job Title: Driving School Instructor

Reports To: Driving School Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Driving School Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching students how to drive safely and confidently, preparing them for their driving tests, and instilling a strong sense of responsibility on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide both theoretical and practical driving instruction to students.
• Ensure students understand driving laws, road safety, and proper vehicle operation.
• Conduct driving lessons according to curriculum and student skill levels.
• Prepare students for written and practical driving exams.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain training vehicles in clean and safe condition.
• Ensure all instruction is in compliance with local DMV/state laws and school policies.
• Keep accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Educate students on defensive driving techniques and accident prevention.
• Promote a safe and respectful learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Driving Instructor Certification (if required by local/state law).
• Previous experience as a driving instructor or similar role is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with local/state driving regulations.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• First Aid/CPR certification (preferred but not required).

Working Conditions:

• Frequent driving and time spent in vehicles with students.
• Exposure to varying weather conditions.
• Irregular hours, including weekends and evenings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
