Job Summary:

Care and Cure is seeking a responsible and energetic Driver to join our growing home healthcare team in Trivandrum. The driver will be responsible for transporting medical staff, equipment, and patients as needed, ensuring safety, punctuality, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely transport staff, patients, and medical equipment to various locations in and around Trivandrum
• Assist in loading and unloading medical equipment (e.g., hospital beds, wheelchairs, oxygen cylinders)
• Ensure vehicle is clean, maintained, and in good working condition
• Follow assigned routes and schedules, adapting to traffic or emergency needs
• Maintain proper logbooks and fuel records
• Coordinate with healthcare staff for timely pickups and drop-offs
• Follow all road safety and traffic regulations

Requirements:

• Valid LMV driver’s license
• Minimum 1–2 years of driving experience preferred
• Familiarity with routes in Trivandrum
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Polite, patient, and professional attitude
• Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate loads
• Prior experience in healthcare/home care sector is a plus
