Job Description

Amrita Vidyalayam School is seeking a responsible and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to join our team. The driver will be responsible for transporting students safely to and from school and school-related activities, ensuring punctuality, discipline, and adherence to traffic rules.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate the school bus along assigned routes.

Pick up and drop off students at designated stops on time.

Maintain discipline and ensure the safety of students on board.

Follow all traffic laws, school policies, and safety regulations.

Conduct daily inspection of the bus and report any issues promptly.

Keep the bus clean and well-maintained.

Assist students in boarding and alighting when required.

Requirements:

Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving License.

Prior experience as a bus driver, preferably with school transportation.

Good driving record with no major traffic violations.

Ability to handle students with patience and responsibility.

Physically fit and alert.
