Role & responsibilities: Handling & Management of New Product Development Activities Event Wise from Tech reviews Handling & Management of line issues during events. Provide ICA &Handson experience to work in CFT for problem resolution & C/M promotion. Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA, PFMEA, MSA, Problem solving techniques. Process control documents preparation like MISP, PCS, TISP in accordance to drawing requirements. Drawing understanding & Supplier Process establishment along with Documents preparation. Monthly review of SMIR & carry revalidation activity for Homologate items. Knowledge of MSA, Problem solving techniques, Drawing understanding & Supplier Process establishment along with Documents preparation. For changes in supplier process CARV audits & new process evaluation as per VSA. Review and validation of Counter measure at vendor end and monitoring effectiveness. Expertise in Fuel Pump Technology. Hands on experience in ERP, SAP, Power Point & Excel. Vendor process & system audits. Skills required for Gravity/pressure Die casting, Injection Moulding, Welding techniques, Painting process, Machining Process & CNG system. Preferred candidate profile: Communication with Impact & Influence Customer Focused Teamwork & Collaboration Strategic Decision Making
