Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Mathura. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client needs and concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. The role includes preparing regular reports on account status, coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client requirements, and identifying opportunities to grow accounts. The Account Executive will also work on achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the company. Qualifications Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Experience in account management, client servicing, or related fields Ability to analyze and understand client needs and offer suitable solutions Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Skills in preparing reports and presentations Ability to work independently and collaboratively Previous experience in the infrastructure or engineering sector is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
