Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director, Program Management Office, located in Mumbai. The Director will oversee and manage organizational projects and initiatives, providing direction and structure to ensure all projects align with the company’s strategic goals. The role includes leading project portfolio management, devising comprehensive project plans, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery with high-quality results and allows a hybrid setup. The Director will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency and drive continuous improvement across the organization. Qualifications Extensive experience in Program Management and Project Portfolio Management Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize project performance Proficiency in Project Management and Project Planning for successful execution Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively Experience in guiding cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field; advanced degree is a plus Knowledge of design and innovation industries is highly advantageous
