Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and target potential clients for permanent & contractual staffing solutions. Build strong relationships with HR heads, decision-makers, and hiring managers across industries. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close business deals. Lead Generation & Market Research: Generate new business leads through cold calls, references, networking, and online platforms. Research market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities. Revenue Generation & Business Growth: Develop strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets. Upsell and cross-sell staffing services to existing and new clients. Coordination with Recruitment Team: Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to understand client requirements. Ensure smooth execution of staffing solutions and client satisfaction. Contract Management: Develop proposals, agreements, and contracts in line with company policies.
