Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Jammu & Kashmir, India. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company's products. Additional responsibilities include developing strategies for market penetration, implementing marketing plans, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve business growth targets. Qualifications Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management Proficiency in developing and implementing marketing strategies Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work on-site in Jammu & Kashmir, India Experience in the orthotics or medical devices industry is a plus
