We are seeking experienced Medical Billers and Accounts Receivable (AR) Analysts with strong expertise in NextGen EHR/PM software to join our growing remote team. You will be responsible for managing the complete RCM cyclecharge entry, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-up—for U.S. healthcare clients. This is a full-time, long-term work-from-home opportunity with consistent hours and a stable client base. Key Responsibilities End-to-end medical billing on NextGen platform Perform charge entry, payment posting, and denial management Conduct timely AR follow-up and resolve unpaid or underpaid claims Identify trends in denials and recommend corrective actions Work directly with U.S. payers to resolve claim issues Maintain daily productivity and quality benchmarks Communicate effectively with internal teams and client managers Requirements 2+ years of experience in medical billing or AR follow-up Hands-on experience with NextGen EHR / PM (mandatory) Strong understanding of U.S. healthcare payer rules and denial codes Excellent communication and analytical skills Reliable internet connection and home workstation setup Ability to work night shifts (U.S. hours) Preferred Skills Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding Familiarity with payer portals (Availity, Optum, etc.) Experience in Primary Care, Cardiology, Behavioral Health, or Multi-specialty billing What We Offer Permanent WFH role with full-time stability Competitive pay (based on experience) Opportunity to work with top U.S. healthcare clients Growth path toward Team Lead / Account Manager roles Performance-based incentives and recognition
