Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for the position of Team Specialist. The Team Specialist will be responsible for daily team management and coordination activities, supporting operational tasks, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services to meet business objectives. Responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, communicating across departments, facilitating team training, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves analyzing data to improve workflow efficiency and problem-solving within team operations. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem-solving, and process improvements Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to manage stakeholder expectations and maintain high service standards Experience in Training and Team Leadership to guide, mentor, and develop team members Proven organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple priorities effectively Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is required; prior experience in financial services is a plus
