We are hiring for the role of Draughtsman for our S B Road location, Pune.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Junior Draughtsman with 35 years of experience in building drafting. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of municipal bylaws, strong drafting skills, and the ability to prepare accurate and compliant drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare municipal drawings for building projects in compliance with applicable regulations.

Ensure all designs align with local bylaws and planning requirements.

Check and verify drawings for accuracy before submission.

Prepare drawings and modify designs as per bylaw requirements and client/management feedback.

Print, plot, and format drawings as required for presentations, submissions, and records.

Assist in documentation and filing processes for approvals, if needed.

Save and maintain drawings/documents on the server in an organized manner for easy retrieval.

Manage documentation as per company standards, ensuring consistency, version control, and proper archiving.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Diploma/Certificate in Civil Drafting, Architecture, or equivalent.

3–5 years of relevant drafting experience in the building/construction field.

Strong command over drafting software such as AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit/SketchUp is a plus).

In-depth knowledge of municipal bylaws and building regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Good organizational and communication skills.
