Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards. Oversee solar rooftop projects from planning to execution, including site visits and stakeholder management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project implementation, consulting on technical aspects as needed. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during construction phases and maintain accurate records of progress. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize delays or cost overruns. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the solar energy industry (rooftop). B.Tech/B.E. degree in mechanical, electrical, civil, manufacturing, etc, MBA, MTech MS/M.Sc(Science) preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of renewable energy sector, particularly solar power systems installation and maintenance.
