Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management. Manage existing clients' projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance, revenue generation, and project execution. Desired Candidate Profile 4-9 years of experience in Business Development or Sales Management in the Engineering, Electrical or Renewable Energy industry. Should have experience generating business for B2B industrial segment Bachelor's degree in Any Specialization (B.Tech/B.E. or MBA/PGDM). Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and growing revenue streams. Strong understanding of engineering principles, construction methods, and industrial processes.
