Role Overview: As a Senior Draftsmen - Design at the Bangalore location, you will support the Senior Managers in developing detailed working drawings. Your responsibilities will include preparing drawing delivery schedules, creating detailed working drawings and presentations for finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures. It is essential to take detailed notes to capture customer requirements accurately and maintain up-to-date documentation of all activities. You will also provide follow-up support to customers and vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare drawing delivery schedules - Create detailed working drawings and presentations for finish selections, furnishings, and fixtures - Take detailed notes to capture customer requirements accurately - Maintain up-to-date documentation of all activities - Provide follow-up support to customers and vendors Qualifications Required: - Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, M.S Office, Photoshop, and preferably Revit - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Solid understanding of building codes and industry standards - Creative eye for detail in the preparation of design presentation materials Additional Details: Ideally, you should have 6-8 years of experience in commercial or corporate interiors. A Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required for this position.
