Draftsman

As a Draftsman, your role involves preparing 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or related software. You will be responsible for interpreting sketches, specifications, and engineering instructions accurately. Updating and revising drawings as per project requirements is also a key part of your job. It is essential to ensure that the drawings meet industry standards and measurements, while also coordinating with engineers, architects, and project teams. Additionally, maintaining drawing records and documentation, as well as supporting planning and execution teams with necessary drawings, are part of your responsibilities. Key responsibilities include: - Prepare 2D and 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD or related software - Interpret sketches, specifications, and engineering instructions - Update and revise drawings as per project requirements - Ensure accuracy, measurements, and compliance with industry standards - Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project teams - Maintain drawing records and documentation - Support planning and execution teams with required drawings To excel in this role, you should have: - Proficiency in AutoCAD / SolidWorks / Drafting software - Strong attention to detail - Good understanding of technical drawings and measurements - Ability to read and interpret engineering/architectural plans - Good communication and teamwork skills Qualifications required: - Diploma / ITI in Drafting, Mechanical, Civil, or related field - 1 year of experience as a Draftsman Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position.
