Experience : 2-3 Years Location: Bangalore What You’ll Own Product Strategy & Roadmap Support: Assist PM with feature prioritization, backlog grooming, and quarterly roadmap docs. User Research & Validation: Coordinate and run interviews/usability tests; summarize findings into clear, actionable insights. Cross-functional Coordination: Keep engineering, design, and data aligned during discovery, build, QA, and launch—driving clarity and momentum. Go-to-Market Readiness: Draft release notes, demo scripts, and internal enablement docs; help run betas and adoption initiatives. Community & Feedback: Help manage user communities, tag and organize feedback, and ensure the user voice is represented internally. Innovation Scouting: Track new product/AI features and competitors; share concise briefs with actionable suggestions. Process & Documentation Hygiene: Keep specs, decisions, and research artifacts organized, searchable, and up to date. Must-Have Qualifications 2–3 years in product or adjacent roles in SaaS, fintech, or similarly fast-moving environments.
