The Director will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with educational standards, and manage academic and extracurricular programs. The role includes planning and implementing strategic initiatives, as well as communicating with faculty, staff, students, and the community. Additionally, the Director will participate in budgeting and financial planning and drive efforts to enhance the college's profile locally and nationally. Qualifications Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills Experience in educational administration, strategic planning, and program implementation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in budgeting, financial planning, and resource management Familiarity with compliance regulations and educational standards Advanced degree in Education, Administration, or a related field is preferred Experience within the art and design education sector is a plus Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion Proficiency in relevant software and digital tools
