We are looking for a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact at Dr. Pol’s Smileline Dental Clinic, Vashi . Responsibilities: Greet and welcome patients with a warm, professional attitude. Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries. Maintain patient records and assist with billing & payment handling. Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth clinic operations. Maintain cleanliness and a welcoming atmosphere at the reception area. Requirements: Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Prior experience in a clinic/hospital reception is an advantage, but freshers are welcome. Pleasant personality with good organizational skills.
