I was surprised to meet Dr.Shweta ( Nutritious) who can convince a person like me who is most careless in diet habits. With her conclusing I am convinced now that I can live a healthy life without changing my enectial diet pattern but in a balanced way.i wish such type of doctor should be in all hospitals and institutions to guide.
