The Senior Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative functions in the hospital, ensuring smooth operations, compliance with healthcare regulations, efficient resource management, and coordination between departments for optimal patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities: 🏥 Hospital Operations:Supervise and coordinate daily non-clinical operations. Ensure the hospital infrastructure, equipment, and facilities are maintained. Coordinate with clinical departments for administrative support needs. 👥 Staff Management:Oversee administrative staff including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and security. Handle recruitment, induction, training, and performance evaluations of non-clinical staff. Ensure discipline, punctuality, and proper staff conduct. 📋 Policy & Compliance:Implement hospital policies, SOPs, and guidelines. Ensure compliance with NABH/ISO/JCI or other regulatory standards. Maintain licenses, legal documentation, and statutory records. 💼 Resource & Vendor Management:Oversee procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination. Negotiate service contracts and ensure quality delivery. 📊 Reporting & Coordination:Prepare periodic reports for management on operations, HR, and administration. Support billing, insurance, and patient service departments in case resolution. Liaise with external agencies, corporate clients, and government bodies when needed. 📞 Customer Service:Monitor front desk operations and ensure patient satisfaction. Handle patient complaints and resolve issues in coordination with medical and support teams. Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospital Administration, Business Management, or related field. Minimum 4–8 years of hospital administration experience; at least 2 years in a senior role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
