Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Phlebotomist located in Noida. The Phlebotomist will be responsible for collecting blood and other samples from patients, ensuring specimens are correctly labeled and stored, and maintaining proper patient records. The role also involves preparing samples for laboratory analysis, following all safety protocols, and providing excellent patient care and assistance. The Phlebotomist will work closely with medical and laboratory staff to ensure the smooth operation of the laboratory. Qualifications Proficient in Blood Collection and Laboratory Skills Knowledge of Medical Assisting and Medical Terminology Basic understanding of Medicine Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle delicate and potentially stressful situations with patients Attention to detail and high standard of accuracy Relevant certification or diploma in Phlebotomy or Medical Assisting is preferred
