This role is counselling-first, not sales-driven. ⸻ Key Responsibilities * Counsel prospective students regarding academic programs, admission requirements, and career prospects. * Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, walk-ins, and social media platforms. * Maintain records of inquiries and follow up with potential candidates to ensure conversions. * Conduct campus tours and coordinate admission-related events or activities. * Explain program details, fee structure, and admission procedures clearly and confidently. * Assist in documentation, application processing, and verification. * Achieve admission targets within defined timelines. * Coordinate with academic and administrative departments for seamless admission operations. * Participate in promotional and outreach activities, such as education fairs and school visits.
