We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior SEO Specialist to join our dynamic technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and encompasses a range of activities including on-page, off-page, technical SEO, content marketing, keyword research, link building, communication, competitor analysis, critical thinking. Responsibilities: Develop & Implement Strategies Create, execute, and manage advanced SEO strategies to boost organic traffic, improve rankings, and achieve business goals across competitive industries (eCommerce, plumbing, pest control, construction, automotive, etc.). Client Communication Serve as the primary SEO contact for clients; present strategies, progress reports, and recommendations while addressing queries proactively. Project Management Handle multiple SEO projects simultaneously while mentoring junior SEO Executives and coordinating with cross-functional teams (content, design, development, marketing). Keyword & Content Optimization Conduct in-depth keyword research, mapping search intent to business objectives, and guide content creators to produce SEO-optimized copy, meta tags, headers, URLs, and images Technical SEO Management Identify and fix crawl/indexation issues, manage Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, and robots.txt; perform regular SEO audits for technical health. Analytics & Reporting Monitor performance using GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, GSC , and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz). Create weekly/monthly reports with insights and actionable improvements. Link-Building & Authority Growth Plan and execute ethical, high-quality link-building campaigns to enhance domain authority and brand visibility. Competitive Analysis Track competitor strategies, industry trends, and search landscape shifts to identify opportunities and adapt tactics. AI & Automation in SEO Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.) for keyword clustering, content briefs, and reporting efficiencies. Collaboration Work closely with marketing, content, and web development teams to ensure integrated, conversion-driven strategies. Stay Ahead Keep up with search algorithm changes, emerging tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge for clients. Must Have: 5+ years in SEO (with proven client-facing experience). Success in competitive industries Hands-on expertise with GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity , and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog). Knowledge of local SEO , Core Web Vitals, schema markup & site speed optimization. Strong project & stakeholder management skills.Role & responsibilities
