Role & responsibilities Works closely with the staff of DRC to maintain publication records of college faculty. Retrieve, collect and prioritize all departmental publication data made through email in Cell records as well as databases. Record and track all staff requests, release of incentives and authorizations within DRC. Verify legitimacy, accuracy and authority of all incentive requests and then forward to the Incharge of DRC to process and invoice as appropriate. Abide by, adhere to, and conform to all policies of DPU publications and citations. Assist DRC staff in maintaining staff requests and follow ups of said Cell project. Schedule and set reminders for all new requests of staff and students. Maintain the Cell email and respond when appropriate after confirmation from DRC staff. Report breaches, instances of noncompliance, staff complaints, administrative problems or similar instances to coordinator of DRC. Participate in improving quality of DRC. Preferred candidate profile QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED FOR POSITION: Experience and Skill Requirements: The following experience and skills are considered essential: At least one year of experience in Medical e-record keeping. Basic managerial skills to include good verbal and written communication. Strong organizational skills Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team. Ability to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communications. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges, roles and duties. Education Requirements: The following education requirements are considered essential: BSc/MSc in computers or any paramedical courses is preferred.
