Role & responsibilities Works closely with the staff of DRC to maintain publication records of college faculty. Retrieve, collect and prioritize all departmental publication data made through email in Cell records as well as databases. Record and track all staff requests, release of incentives and authorizations within DRC. Verify legitimacy, accuracy and authority of all incentive requests and then forward to the Incharge of DRC to process and invoice as appropriate. Abide by, adhere to, and conform to all policies of DPU publications and citations. Assist DRC staff in maintaining staff requests and follow ups of said Cell project. Schedule and set reminders for all new requests of staff and students. Maintain the Cell email and respond when appropriate after confirmation from DRC staff. Report breaches, instances of noncompliance, staff complaints, administrative problems or similar instances to coordinator of DRC. Participate in improving quality of DRC.
