The candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, ensuring professional, empathetic, and timely responses. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and a caring approach toward patient interaction. Key Responsibilities Handle incoming patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and messages. Make outbound calls for follow-ups, appointment reminders, and feedback collection. Provide clear, polite, and professional responses to patient queries. Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and prepare daily reports. Coordinate with the medical team to update patient information and requirements. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Prior experience in front office, telecalling, or patient handling is preferred. Proficiency in WhatsApp, phone communication, and basic computer tools (Excel/Google Sheets). Empathetic, professional, and patient-centered communication style. Punctual, disciplined, and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
