Job Summary:The Clinic Coordinator is responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and smooth workflow between staff, patients, and healthcare providers. This role supports clinical staff, coordinates patient scheduling, maintains records, and ensures compliance with healthcare regulations. Key Responsibilities:Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes. Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits. Maintain and update patient records and documentation. Generate reports for management on clinic performance and operations. Requirements:Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). 2+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Medical Office Administration or Healthcare Management. CPR/First Aid certified (if clinical involvement is required). Working Conditions:Work is performed in a clinical setting. May require extended periods of standing, walking, and computer use. Occasional weekend or evening shifts depending on clinic hours.
