Role & responsibilities Market Research and Opportunity Identification. - Candidates should have ability to understand market dynamics and develop Channel expansion plan accordingly Appointment of Franchisees - Candidates should have good understanding of Franchisee business model to identify and appoint suitable Franchisee outlets across the district . Tie up with the Banks - Candidate should have good knowledge and connect with Local cooperative Banks to tie up with them for consumer financing of our Products to their customers . Team Leadership and Development - Appointment of In-shop at Franchisee and Company owned outlets and training them for achieving sales targets . Conducting promotional Events at the places where cooperative Banks customers gather for monthly or Quarterly meetings . Cross Functional team coordination - Candidate should be able to connect with various cross functional team in the company for ensuring proper customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products . Client relationship Management - Candidate should work closely with the Franchisee Owners , Bank Employees and other stake holders to have smooth business operations . Performance Tracking and management - Candidate should evaluate store wise performance and make changes wherever necessary to achieve Sales and profitability targets . Reporting - Timely and precise reporting in terms of Stock , sales and collections . Preferred candidate profile Candidate should be between Age Bracket 25- 35 years with good communication skills , Sales experience preferably in Bank cross selling industries like two wheelers , Insurance , agri products etc . Experience in dealing with cooperative banks and other Rural finance companies will be an added advantage .Pleasant personality and ability to travel across the district .
Role & responsibilities ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Handling day to day accounting viz Purchase order generation, purchase invoice booking ,preparing sales invoice, sales invoice booking ,passing of journal order , debtor reconciliation , creditor reconciliation. • Knowledge about GST Filling & Returns. • Knowledge of TDS, TCS. • Tally ERP • Bank Reconciliation and payment collection • Should have strong analytical skill. • Good communication skill speaking and writing . REQUIRED COMPUTER SKILLS • High Proficiency Microsoft Excel. • Efficiency in basic computer skills Education Qualification: A candidate must have a degree in Bachelors of Commerce (B.Com) / M.Com from a recognized university.
