Dotnet Developer

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying .NET applications (Web, Desktop, and API-based) using C# and .NET Core. Additionally, you will participate in the design and architecture of new systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and security. You will provide code reviews and mentorship to junior developers, write unit tests, and debug software to maintain high quality standards. Collaboration with other team members to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with business needs is a key part of the role. You will also be involved in Agile development processes, database design, performance optimization, documentation, and continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in software development with the .NET framework. Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API is required. Proficiency in SQL Server and ORM tools like Entity Framework is essential. Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular is a plus. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS, version control systems such as Git or TFS, Agile methodologies, testing frameworks like XUnit, NUnit, or MS Test, design patterns, and SOLID principles is highly desirable. Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and the ability to work independently are also key qualifications for this role. As part of the product development team, you will be expected to understand client requirements, deliver scalable solutions, communicate risks and issues, collaborate with testing teams, and work in a UK shift (11.00am to 8.00pm). Adherence to ISO/CMMi compliant work environments, a strong sense of ownership for code quality, a passion for learning new technologies, and the ability to work both individually and as part of a team are important aspects of the candidate profile. Mandatory skills include a strong knowledge of the .NET framework, programming using server-side web technologies (with at least 3 years of experience in ASP.Net, .Net Core, and MVC 2 / MVC 3), proficiency in C# and SQL Server, exposure to Agile development methodologies, good understanding of source control systems, and solid grasp of Object-Oriented Programming Concepts.,
